- Automatic Provisioning with IP Detection - Cisco/Linksys/Sipura phone and devices


It is strongly recommended that you factory reset your device before proceeding for configuration here. Please enter IP address of your device or phone here. You should be on the same network where your phone is connected. It is prefered that you should factory reset your phone before doing this procedure.

Manual process to add provisioning url in your phone device :

Factory resetting your phone:

Please dial **** (four stars) from you voip phone and wait for the message, then press 73738 (RESET) and then press 1 to confirm.
Please note: If you have an unlocked device from any other provider avoid factory resetting it because that might lock the device again to the original provider. And you will not be able to use device with Callture VOIP service. In such cases proceed with out factory resetting your device.
