- Automatic Provisioning with IP Detection - Cisco/Linksys/Sipura phone and devices
It is strongly recommended that you factory reset your device before proceeding for configuration here.
Please enter IP address of your device or phone here. You should be on the same network where your phone is connected. It is prefered that you should factory reset your phone before doing this procedure.
Manual process to add provisioning url in your phone device :
You must connect connect the power and internet cable to phone and wait for startup process before proceeding to any of the options below.
- 1) Type the ip address of your phone device in your internet browser which is connected the same network as your phone device. You will see the web interface of your phone device. Some devices may ask for user id and password. Please refer to your manual for default user Id and password or proceed for factory reset.
- 2) Click on admin login. It may ask you to enter admin user and password information.
- 3) Click on Advance link
- 4) Click on Voice Tab if it is router
- 5) Click on Provisioning Tab
- 6) Type following URL in Profile Rule http://phone.fibrehub.com/ (Remember to put forward slash at the end)
- 7) Save Settings
- 8) Power off and on again, device will reboot and connect to server to download settings. It may take few minutes.
Getting IP address of your phone device :
You must connect connect the power and internet cable to phone and wait for startup process before proceeding to any of the options below.
- By Dialing: Please dial **** (four stars) from your voip phone and wait for message and then enter 110 from your phone, your phone IVR will announce the IP address.
- By accessing phone screen: On phone Screen, Please select menu and then goto item 9 and see the IP address in item 2 of phone.
- By accessing phone through router: Goto your router web interface and find the IP address the phone is registered with.
Factory resetting your phone:
Please dial **** (four stars) from you voip phone and wait for the message, then press 73738 (RESET) and then press 1 to confirm.
Please note: If you have an unlocked device from any other provider avoid factory resetting it because that might lock the device again to the original provider. And you will not be able to use device with Callture VOIP service. In such cases proceed with out factory resetting your device.
