Auto Provisioing -  Polycom phones

Following is the procedure for provisioning Polycom Phones

Ensure the MAC ID has been added to the number in our system through Extension Page - and then:

1) OPTIONAL -- reset to factory pressing 1,3,5 and 7 or 4,6,8 and * depending on the phone model

a) IP 301, 501, 550, 600, 601 & 650: 4,6,8,*

b) IP 320, 330, 430 & 560: 1,3,5,7

c) IP 4000 : 6,8,*

d) Enter 456 as password and then press OK

2) When Phone is rebooting, click on setup button

3) Enter 456  and then press OK

4) Using up and down key, move down to DHCP Menu: then Press SELECT button

5) Select BOOT SERVER to Static then OK

6) Then Exit

7) use down key to Server Menu: then Press SELECT button

8) Server Type to HTTP then OK

9) Server Address: enter phone.fibrehub.com then OK, then Exit, Exit again

10) SELECT to save
